Once your project is confirmed, instructions will be sent along with an address for your photos to be sent. Alternatively collection can be arranged at an additional cost (depending on distance).

Of course! Sending your original photos to be scanned guarantees quality but we can walk through the necessary steps if you prefer to scan them yourself.

Once your photos have been restored, you’ll receive an invoice which includes payment details via email.

You’ll receive full resolution digital copies of your digitally restored photos once payment has been processed. And your original photos will be returned to you.
